wants to use only the best of local produce – or
as close to local as we can get each time.

We source the best fish and ingredients that we can find and we regularly
visit many of the suppliers who want to work with us, to check it’s proper
good. Proper fresh, when it’s prepared.

We source all our products responsibly from the most respectable suppliers, to ensure we’re not taking more than we need from our environment – and that there really is plenty more fish in the sea! We also use only high quality oil in our crunchy, crumbly batter mix – so you don’t have to feel naughty about enjoying it.
